Crescendo Bioscience actively partners and collaborates with physicians, academic researchers, and biopharmaceutical companies in the development of diagnostic tests and clinical laboratory services. Our current collaborations focus on clinical research that advances the understanding of the biology of autoimmune and inflammatory diseases.
Crescendo Bioscience welcomes strategic partnerships with biopharmaceutical companies who share our passion for advancing the understanding of the biology of autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis.
Crescendo Bioscience has engaged in over 20 collaborations with biopharmaceutical companies ranging from small R&D organizations to multinational corporations, across all phases of clinical research.
For biopharmaceutical companies who embrace the values of personalized medicine and objective science in their clinical drug development programs, Crescendo Bioscience is positioned to assist in the application and development of biomarkers for use in these areas. Our expertise extends to the molecular biology of rheumatoid arthritis, assay development, bioinformatics and statistics, and clinical laboratory operations.
Clinical Cohort Collaborations
Together with our partners, Crescendo Bioscience is analyzing protein biomarkers, genetics and genomics, in biological samples from thousands of rheumatology patients. We are also collaborating on clinical trial cohorts, registries, and independent investigator cohorts. Crescendo Bioscience is an active sponsor of new clinical trials to investigate ways to advance the clinical management of rheumatoid arthritis. We are also a co-sponsor of the Brigham and Women’s Rheumatoid Arthritis Sequential Study (BRASS) Registry and a subscriber to the Corrona LLC RA Registry.
Crescendo Bioscience is working with researchers around the world to optimize our technologies in the exploration of DNA, RNA, and protein biomarkers and in new areas of scientific research. Crescendo Bioscience collaborates with Myriad RBM, the world’s leading multiplexed immunoassay testing laboratory, which provides comprehensive protein biomarker services based on its Multi-Analyte Profiling (MAP) technology platform. This platform provides pre-clinical and clinical researchers with reproducible and quantitative data for hundreds of proteins.
We continue to seek partnerships with companies, individuals, and organizations who share our passion for advancing the understanding of the biology of autoimmune and inflammatory diseases.
